Shopmobility Lochaber is an independent charity registered in Scotland SC032332. We aim to improve the lifestyle, freedom and independence of our clients who have either a temporary or permanent mobility problem, by providing a top class FREE hire service of wheelchairs, powerchairs and electric ride-on scooters.

Although the service is free, we do rely heavily on donations from clients and business sponsorship of our scooters. We invite any business who would like to sponsor a scooter to contact us at our office.

We also have a mobile unit which takes our service out to various areas of Lochaber. We can deliver wheelchairs and scooters to the following:

Mondays: Caol and Corpach
Tuesdays: Roy Bridge and Spean Bridge
Wednesdays: Arisaig Morar and Mallaig
Thursdays: Kinlochleven, Ballachulish and Glencoe
Fridays: Fort William and surrounding area

We can deliver equipment to guest houses, hotels, camp sites and even canal boats at Banavie. If any of your clients need help with getting around the Outdoor Capital because of mobility problems, WE CAN HELP.

We can also arrange for sales and servicing of wheelchairs, powerchairs, electric scooters and daily living aids to make your life easier.
